I bought a ready to run RC at this store. It stopped running only after 5 times use. I asked them for replace or return but they didn't accept just because it was used. How could I possibly know the product had a problem before I use it??? They were just pushing me back and telling me to talk to maker and didn't even try to be responsible. They are like trying to protect the maker and themselves against customers even though their product has a problem. This is not the only reason why that was the first and the last time I bought something from them.
