Apparently they allow smoking inside even with security in close proximity. It's 2:08 for niceness Satudays and we got a table. The table beside us is smoking a blunt.

Also, we asked for water. And was told we have to go to the bar for that. Although 2 tables next to us clearly had water served in a carafe.
