Your phone answering system is the worst I have ever seen. A simple question requiring a quick answer was impossible because the phone system put me into an endless loop that was impossible to get out of. Repeated attempts at different choices still did not put me through to a human being. How can you call yourselves a professional hospital when you do not have a way for someone to answer the phone?? You should be ashamed of yourselves.
