No response, after proving that the car has a soft...

No response, after proving that the car has a software bug in it, they took 3 hours to check on a simple yet consistent bug, in their infotainment software, but they won't admit.
And they said that would raise a case about the same to toyota softwRe department, but even after 3 months, there is no response from them.

Very bad at customer support, and at addressing customer issues.
