Bought an 1300.00 extended warranty for a brand new vehicle we purchased at this dealership. Told it would cover repairs from front to rear should we have any problems. Scheduled a repair and they couldn't even find we had an extended warranty. After wasting a good 45mins for them to track our warranty down (they forgot to enter it into their system) I was then told that I would have to pay 145.00 to have them diagnose the problem and that they would then determine if the part and repair would be covered. If they determined that it was wear and tear then it also may not be covered. Then I would have to schedule another appt. after it was diagnosed to have the repair done for they would have to order the part. REALLY! They sold us this warranty being very dishonest in regards to the terms. A 1300.00 extended warranty paid and we cannot even use it to cover a problem we have with a brand new car we purchased from them is absolutely ridiculous! My point is, do not let this dealership fool you into purchasing an extended warranty making you think they will cover the repairs!! Will never use this dealership again.
