I would give this place a -20. If you ever fly American Airlines and your flight gets delayed and the transfer or direct you to this place for hotel reservations don't! They over charge you for the room vs. what the actual room rate is. Call the hotel directly. When we called to make things right Samad hung up on me. When I called back and asked to talk to manager he said he was the manager. So I asked for his manager. He said that he can't cause they are not in and he is the only one available. So I confronted him about hanging up on me and he said it was not him. I then replied but you just said you were the only one in. Anyways, you won't get anywhere with this company. They are okay with taking advantage of people.
