My wife and I had been talking for a couple of years about getting vinyl insulated windows but really didn't know that much about them until PHRG's representative, who should really be mentioned, Luis Bonilla, came to our house and did his presentation of the vinyl insulated windows. He was so knowledgable about his products. This is where we were sold on the vinyl insulated windows.
After he sold us the vinyl insulated windows, everything went so smooth and so very professional. His measurements were verified by another contractor in charge of the installation. He told us of the installation date. The installation day came and they were very professional installers. Once again the measurements were checked to verify the measurements. I had 11 vinyl insulated windows installed so it took two days to install but the crews were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They cleaned up everything and didn't leave anything behind that would take away from their installation responsililities. I will definately use them again if I have other projects that they can do. I'm very pleased with my new vinyl insulated windows, as they make my house look soooo good. I highly recommend PHRG. Great communications and a pleasure to do business with them.
