Hit the Provision Company on a Sunday evening, Labor Day weekend (a few days before Dorian). There was a 30 minute wait. No problem. Live tunes on the patio, sun setting, boats cruising up the ICW. Wife says PC has the best shrimp burger ever. I'm partial to their Grouper sandwich. And you can't beat the wine prices. $5 a glass. There is a reason why this place is popular and starred.
