Worst customer service ever. Trying to return faul...

Worst customer service ever. Trying to return faulty item that broke after only 2 days of use ( bad workmanship ). So far it taken two attempts to collect and the only thing Selfridges could do was organise another pick up use if there sub standard delivery company. Customer service was less than helpful, made me very angry. Maybe I m not an Elite enough customer from them. Wife then phoned them and the best they could then do was make us do all the work.
Never shopping there again, never ordering from them again.
