Total customer experience is way down. We have been treated disgracefully and very customer unfriendly by the owner. This is my worst guest experience ever! The restaurant was pricey for this mediocre cuisine. The service is very messy: staff passes plates, glasses are cracked on the corner of the table, fries undercooked, orders are confused by inexperienced service, have to ask for salt 3 times. EUR 2.50 will be charged (unannounced) for a carafe of water (total bill for 6 people includes various drinks, wine, beer and for meals). Put it on the card or pass it on when ordering, then you can make a choice. The manager indicates that we had had a major problem at centerparcs ... It is completely unclear to me what we have to do with centerparcs. He also complains about a lack of staff as an excuse for the poor service. The 5 euros for the tap water will be deducted from the bill ... That all ends well? Not so. Apparently this hotel owner cannot stand criticism. This is reason for the owner to insult his guests during breakfast the next morning and to treat them very roughly. During breakfast, the dining table is pulled away from us while we are still eating. This under the guise that breakfast is ready, we are in the way of the passage to his terrace and that he sets the policy and rules here. When asked what this refers to, he indicates that we can find fault with everything ... Very unpleasant and unprofessional. And the rooms are also very noisy.
