I ordered a tent from them on 23 October. They sent a completely different product. I returned the random chilli bin and phoned. They promised to fix it. Nothing. I chased again last week. They promised the tent would be here Thursday 21st December at latest. It s Friday 22nd and I just got home from work. No tent. No courier card. So now everyone is on holiday - except my family. We won t be going because We don t have a tent. Nice work.
