Completely incompetent, numerous failed attempts a...

Completely incompetent, numerous failed attempts and no communication. Excuses such as the driver went to the wrong address and access issues although a member of staff was in the premises all day on the imposed collection date with no attempt being made. I rang numerous times to be told it ll be another 4 working days which is just adding more and more waste! When they finally came they did not take old waste and just left a new sharps bin. Tried to be polite and contact directly first as with the current pandemic things are slightly more difficult however looking at reviews and numerous people having the same experiences I think it s more lack of competence. Definitely avoid this company!
