They are not very keen on talking to you, too much...

They are not very keen on talking to you, too much of "just leave me alone" attitude. Calls regarding a replacement part have not been returned yet, will keep bugging them until someone helpful talks to me. Repair quotes are ripoff too. So much for a decent company
