One star is one star too many. Booked flight to Canada and had to cancel as Canada kept its borders closed due to corona. Air Canada offers many flexible options to rebook or cancel. Unfortunately booked with Flugladen.at (airline tickets.nl), so changes are made through this airline. No contact possible, except when we had no other option but to cancel, because the company did not respond to emails or telephone. Costs 500 euros. Settled in a day, but have been waiting for the rest of the money for two months. Since then absolutely impossible to get in touch. Only standard mails. Worst service I've ever experienced. Never again!!!
