Covered $2,500 out of my $3,000 transmission rebuild for my Ford Escape. I have the Valuecare+ warranty so I knew they would cover a majority of the repair. The service manager at the transmission shop called the warranty company, submitted a work order, and it was approved the next day. The only call I made to this company was to verify my contract details and then relay that information to the manager at the shop. There is a lot of fine print so I would look over it and then have the mechanic do all the talking... but I maintained my car normally and it wasn't a problem.
