We made a reservation at another hotel, and had to leave that one due to bed bugs. I called this hotel and Tom was exceptionally helpful in booking us two rooms last minute! He gave me directions over the phone and even gave us a courtesy call after we checked in to make sure our room was ok! Easily the best customer service we have ever received.
