There was a structural defect in my vehicle where the vehicle would NOT TURN OFF, (yes, that's correct) and so we took my Volvo in for an evaluation. Thomas was the service manager; he was so condescending to me and even beyond the manner in which he spoke to me, the explanation of the work showed that they did not thoroughly diagnose the issue but rather said, 'if this doesn't work, then we'll need to do..." more work essentially where the cost was close to $2,000. I stated that I was not satisfied with that answer, and that I would take it to a Volvo repair shop in Boulder (and by the way, they diagnosed it correctly over the phone before they even looked at it and probably saved me around $1200).

Horrible customer service and poor diagnostic capabilities.
