Service Customer care and Service guys are patheti...

Service Customer care and Service guys are pathetic , i am very sorry to say this but this is the truth.
i bought new Honda CRV 2018 from DCH Honda academy and went for 5K service , i requested for please perform all service whatever required for 5k service . they took 3 hours time and they did only oil change ( for new cars with synthetic oil ,oil change not required ) they did not check for the tires etc . after a week i called to customer care to know whether they did tire rotation or not , they were clueless. i asked when should we go for tire rotation , they said they are not Honda experts ...

Today i observed humming sound while driving , i called for schedule appointment , the lady said no appointment until next week and asked me to drive my car with that humming sound.
How can i drive my new car with that noise for week ????
This is the way they treat their customer , there is no choice for me to go some other Honda service center.
