It was a disappointing experience at the hotel. It was our first time and we weren't informed of all the amenities the hotel offered. There also wasn't anything in the room showing what the hours of the restaurants were and even what restaurants were there. There was nothing posted outside the restaurant or stores with their hours either. There could have been a link to a webpage or a disposable pamphlet or something to conform to covid standards.
The only thing we were informed of was how to book a time slot for the pool, hot tub or games room. We used the hot tub, but it was very cold. We had to have a hot shower to warm up. I complained the morning after and they said they were working on it and were sure it would be fixed by the next night, only it wasn't. Super disappointing, we would have done something else instead of rushing back for our booked time. I complained again on check out and they apologized, but it felt super rehearsed and disingenuous.
The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. I'll be hard pressed to book again anytime soon. For the price you pay the hotel should be better.
