Made an appointment to bring my Corolla in for a recall and other services. I asked for a loaner car they said "yea, no problem". Upon my arrival ...Jairo G. was exceptional at his job. Was very pleasant, and explained everything to me clearly. I actually waited longer for someone to give me the loaner car than actually doing paperwork for the services. I thought maybe that area could use some improvement. Otherwise, everything else was easy breezy. Thank you AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos!
