Worst water service I have dealt with. Shut off my water an hour after the office was closed, when I tried to pay, they said my account number was wrong (I was on an automated service) so I tried through my account online which told me to call because "no payment is allowed". When I called the emergency line, the man on the line told me that I was out of luck and had to wait until monday. I explained that I had been trying to pay my bill all day since 10am that morning and I couldn't contact a human or pay it online and I have a 3 year old to care for, yet still was told 'you're out of luck, you're going to have to wait until monday'.
They need another water company in Baton Rouge where the websites and automated services actually work. Because of this screw up I am without water for the entire weekend when I have the money to pay it and have been trying to pay it.
