Matthew completed our pre drywall inspection as well as our warranty inspection. I was really impressed with how much detail he was able to provide on the house without much in it and help get some major things fixed. With the warranty inspection he met with me during and after to discuss things he found, how the issues they could cause and how to remedy them. The follow up after the inspection was completed is great as well. Definitely great value and he gave us piece of mind with the brand new home. I would highly recommend his services.
