An incredibly incompetent bunch. I don t know what kind of training they had to qualify for working at the Apple store. I went there six times for iPhone battery replacement. Every time they kept me waiting and talked some nonsense and still did nothing. Six times and I m still in need of a battery replacement. Absolute idiots. I don t know what Apple thinks by keeping these people employed.
