We bought a Jeep Compass from them in 2014 and it went great. Last month I was in a really bad car accident that totaled that jeep, and we needed to find a vehicle fast. Well, we decided to go back because they helped us prior. They made us feel like they really care about helping us get the vehicle we needed. Johnny was amazing helping us, but after that it went downhill fast. We ended up getting a 2011 Dodge caravan on Wednesday May 11th. On Friday my husband calls saying the van won't turn over and he tried jumping it, nothing worked. I called the dealership to talk to Johnny, he said they will tow it in. After waiting 5 hours the tow shows up and takes it and my husband back to the dealership. So while my husband waits, I'm looking online and fond out what the problem was TIPM (totally Intergrated Power Moduel) which is a very big problem for this vehicle. They end up giving my husband a loaner van till they fix the issue. We finally received a call a week later saying our van is ready we can come pick it up. We get there Saturday and they did absolutely nothing to it, they stated it started every time. The service guy was beyond rude to me and made me feel like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. We get a call from the finance company asking how everything was going, we told them what was going on and they said that the dealership still technically owns the van and they have to fix the problems before they finalize the loan. On Sunday we went grocery shopping and when we got done the van wouldn't start. We stat there an hour. On May 23rd the finance company called to see if things where fixed, we told them they weren't and they said they would call the dealership to get it fixed. 10 minutes later we get a call from Michelle from the dealership saying they need their van back, she was by far the rudest uncaring person we have ever met. The dealership backed out of the deal because they didn't want to fix the problem with the van. They told us that the finance company backed out but we know that was a lie. We brought back the van and they made us feel horrible.
