I highly recommend partnering with Ethos if you are considering going solar. All I had to produce was a yearly usage report and they designed my stand alone solar installation plan. They provided a quick estimate and answered all my questions. Once we decided to go forward with the project I never once had to contact them to find out what was going on, they always kept me updated on timelines and progress. They helped me with the paperwork and contacts for the rebate with the state and informed me of the tax break that can be used over multiple years! Once the installation began I had changed my mind about the location of the structure, they immediately went into action to recalibrate the structure and plan and we were on our way. We hit a hiccup with Xcel Energy as I had a transformer not able to accept the energy my structure would be generating. Since I'm the only customer using the transformer the cost of the upgrade fell on me. Ethos offered to split the cost with me, which was an unexpected bonus! I can't speak highly enough of the workmanship that went into the project. Everyone was professional and experienced in their role and always responsive when I had questions, not to mention a nice, good group of folks. I have been beyond satisfied with the results and their continued interest in my satisfaction. Big shout out to the entire business and all employees. I've never had such a positive experience with a construction project!
