Literally getting us evicted from our apartment because they won't just let me pay it in my name. Update: they incorrectly imputed our apartment number and block. It took 5 different employees to realize this was the issue. Then they proceeded to try and tell me it was my fault and that they would listen to the recording and that they would back bill us if we said the correct apartment number. Guess what, back billed the next week.
