Look, I'm not surprised this place doesn't get a lot of stars per rating -- they are, at least in part, a collection agency. No one likes to be on the other end of a collection agency's sights. But, as a collection agency, they are legitimately doing their job and doing it properly. They serve reputable clients who are earnestly trying to recover what is owed to them.

Would I continue to use them? Yes. No doubt. They are led by a very qualified principal. They follow strict privacy guidelines and protocols. Their data is secure. Recommended.
