As a regular hotel visitor. I am deeply disappointed with service provided by hyatt kuantan. Checkin was smooth but upon entering room i found dead cockroach inside my room about half inch big. Later that evening i found 1 more cockroach alive about 1 and a half inch. What a good experience with hyatt. Called room service 5 times , only 2 picked up after long ringing(really hyatt?). Requested for new towel next day, until we check out never receive. Feels like having a stressful weekend instead for a short gateway. Thought that hyatt is the best in kuantan, i guess im wrong. Maybe im just a normal person not a vvip. This doesnt apply to hyatt KL services(superb, friendly, fast) tq so much hyatt kuantan. Not gonna repeat/recommend to anyone.
