Pons - My review on Goodman Masson is that if you have a good profile/CV they can help get your details in front of the right client/company. The recruiters are very quick with their approach as I was able to get two interviews with a week and half after registering with them. I was able to get a job with one of the client in a short period of time.

Cons - 1. After I secured the role, the rate/salary I was initially told before my interview was different after I was offered the role ( I accepted anyway which was my first mistake). 2. The way in which they worded the contract and the way in which reference checks were conducted seem child like, it just didn t look professional for such a big agency. And they waited the very last minute to tell me about changes in my start date and etc. 3. When I was working with the client I had to email several times about my pay. Never in my life I had to call and email any company about my pay, even for my last pay check I had to call continuously. 4. It was like after you secured the role the didn t care about you or your issues and concerns, and that is the mistake that cost a them.

Advice to Goodman: Good candidates are hard to find but recruitment agencies are plentiful. Candidates are your clients as well, treat them fairly and with respect as they can make and break your company s reputation with both current and future clients and candidates. This is the biggest mistake recruitment agencies make.

Advice to candidates: I wouldn t recommend using this agency to anyone but please bare in mind that everyone experiences are different.
