SHOCKING THIS COULD HAPPEN ON CHRISTMAS DAY AT THE HILTON

My table did not look like the table above; they couldn t be bothered to put table cloth on my table. Fleur the manager was only helpful when taking my money, after that she didn t give a crap. They ruined my families xmas day. I booked the main room & they stuck us in a bar without informing us, I am TEA total & hate alcohol, but because of Fleur i ending up in a pub on xmas day.. The lighting was VERY VERY VERY bad there was no xmas tree in this room & Santa spent all of his time in the main room. Disaster & not what I expected from the Hilton. Watch out for nasty Fleur Van Velthoven lies, She will sell you a suite, & when you turn up she will down grade to a SINGLE room. Nasty gal.
