Service Advisor Brandon Walker provided impeccable customer service and was very knowledgeable in addressing questions I had about my action plan following the diagnostic test on my vehicle. Even though I have an older Acura TSX and today was only my second time visiting the service department I was treated with respect and really appreciated having a positive experience.

Also, I dropped my vehicle off over the weekend and was surprised they were giving customers 3 free tacos and a drink from the taco truck. They were delicious and I thought it was really thoughtful of the dealership to offer free food and beverages while they wait. What a nice surprise and the free car wash was a nice gesture as well!

I accidentally left my purse in the waiting area with my phone inside when I was leaving and once I realized it I hurried back to the dealership. As soon as I pulled up Brandon notified me he would run inside to get it. Thanks to Sterling McCall and special thanks to Brandon Walker!
