This morning around 7am as I was driving into work...

This morning around 7am as I was driving into work on 95S heading into VA. I witnessed one of your vehicles (Total Engineering, Inc.) swerving all over the road (Tag 24V375) and almost caused several accidents. Apparently the driver seemed to be under the influence or intoxicated. When I attempted to call your office to speak to someone, I was hung up on twice. When I proceeded to call back again, several more times no one answered the phone. This is quite unfortunate that you don't take the time to care about what is going on when your business can be affected.
