Trying to find the right booths for picking up pas...

Trying to find the right booths for picking up passes is ridiculous. Spoke to a half a dozen workers who led us in completely different directions ...wasted 2 hours and walked 3 miles and ended up empty handed. Train your people, please. We lost 2 hot passes.....
