Pet friendly with fee of course, however great and accommodating staff. We accidentally booked for the wrong night and we called on our road trip down, explained our situation as we could have sworn we selected the right dates and didnt really think they would help us and we would have to repay for the stay and be out double bc our mistake. They had us talk to Dave and he changed the date on our stay and used the no show fee towards the room price difference so all we needed to do was pay the pet fee when we arrived. We got in and Katlin knew exactly who we were and our situation even though she claimed to have just started her shift an hr prior (we had called 5hrs before we arrived) We got to our room watched some tv. Went to bed and had the best night sleep I think we have ever had. I am looking into buying these pillows!!!! Omgosh they are heavenly! STAFF 5STAR ROOM 5STAR GROUNDS 5STAR will definitely be looking at doubletree before anywhere else in the future!
