I have been a customer for 20 plus years here and have seen many employees come and go. Shane the manager always greets me and makes sure I get taken care of. They now have a repair center inside. Daniel is very capable, personable and is attentive of your exact needs. He saved me a bunch of money with a simple fret polish when I thought I may need a fret replacement on my 25 year old D-35. It is now set up perfect for me. I have today taken in both of my Taylors for some set up work. Again, I thought I needed new parts and Daniel offered (and I accepted) alternative work and he saved me money again. I like this place and will continue to do business here.
