Had 5 rooms reserved months ago for 2 different ni...

Had 5 rooms reserved months ago for 2 different nights. At 3 pm one of our 5 rooms were cleaned and ready. Our 2nd day, two of our 5 rooms were not cleaned. Who is responsible to check on this? When we asked ,(twice during that day) they had told us, "oh the girl hasn't gotten to your floor yet." We had to ask for clean towels for our room. : ( Hard to believe for a Marriott!!
