Enjoyed the visit as usual. Steve took the time to explain all the testing he was about to do. Asked a bunch of questions about the house and it's history, energy wise, before starting his survey of the exterior. He invited me to join him, which I did. I answered his questions and gave him some background history on the exterior work done over the years we have been here (42+) then moved inside to look at each level of the house before beginning the testing. Steve explained issues he found in each area and how best to remedy them, which I appreciated. The end result was a passing grade for the house and recommendations for improving/upgrading air flow and cutting down on air leaks. Steve was not the least bit bothered by my presence and welcomes the responses I gave him about the house history. I have been an Issac customer for a number of years and hope to continue to be for as long as my wife and I reside in this home.
