I was supposed to have an online inspection today ...

I was supposed to have an online inspection today at 1030 but I was not contacted.I have received an email one day before confirming the date and time of inspection on FaceTime. I had not received a video call for the inspection on time and when I called your office to inquire why this didn't happen I came across a rude lady who said that the house was leased and didn't appear to understand that you have to respect your appointments and to apologize in advance if you were not able to do the inspection rather than keeping people waiting. So disappointed with the service you provide.
