I spoke with two women over at animal control and one was very soft spoken and polite, her name was Ashley, the other woman whose name was Tammy, was very abrasive and rude and treated me as if I was on trial instead of the person I reported as a dog abuser.This Tammy would be better suited for a behind the scenes role in the department rather than dealing with people whom she has no skills for.I got off the phone feeling angry and belittled.
