I live 1.5 hours away from St. Charles, but had stayed overnight last night. When I went to start my car (2000 Chevy Cavalier) at the hotel this morning, it cranked but would not start. I called a couple places that said they could not get me in today, but Action Auto did not hesitate. I got the car towed over quickly and they had me back on the road in a few hours. The staff was very friendly and professional. It turned out to be my catalytic converter and spark plugs, and I believe they gave me a very reasonable deal. My muffler also needs to be replaced, but it was not necessary to get the car running, and they did not put any pressure on me to do it. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the St. Charles area (or to anyone who ran into a situation like I did today).
