The classes are alright, but they're incredibly repetitive. I have learned the same move every week for 3 weeks straight before. It is marketed as more of a workout program then a self defense system it seems. Sometimes you spend 50 minutes just punching mindlessly and the self defense move of the day is rushed. The CONTRACT is RIDICULOUS. they make you sign a 6 month, 1 yr, or 2 yr contract, which begins as a month to month once that period is over. It is over 100$ a month, and there is also a cancellation notice which must be received 30 days prior to contract ending or you get billed an additional month. NOT worth the time or money.
