I ordered a CPU, HDD and other accessories for my newly assembled PC. All goods were promptly delivered by PrimeABGB, and were appropriately transported. However communication with customers needs improvement. I had to write email from my end to ask about the processing and status of my orders. Customers expect prompt communication about current status of their orders.
