A blessed place in which to get away from the noise of the world, and contemplate--the mysteries of the Rosary, the Eucharist daily, sacred scripture, and God's beauty of creation in the mountains of Pecos, New Mexico. Spent a week there in the Hermitages. Had utmost privacy, and was able to form my own personal retreat. The most wonderful, prayerful experience to seek the face of God without the distractions of modern society. The monks and priests were there to offer counsel, too if requested.
