Multiple excuses for not fulfilling the so-called "Uh-Oh' warranty - today telling me that I needed to send them $249 to complete the process and return my phone... If I had only reviewed the thousands of warnings found online on every imaginable forum and review site. STAY AWAY FROM HTC.
