RUN!!! I had been a loyal customer for 32 YEARS made 2 claims in the past 10 years. Called to ask for some advise and was not given the time of day. So thinking I must have misunderstood I decided to email and be sure I was as clear as possible...still treated very poorly. No advise, no direct answer to my question, added confusion and stress to my life...couldn t cancel fast enough
