Product sent as warranty on 09.01.2019. Confirmation of receipt of Evomag on February 5, 2019. Not resolved until today, 22.02.2019. I called the evomag for almost a month and no one answered. Many notifications and emails, to which you receive only confirmation of the server, no one responds. Meanwhile, after a referral to the OPC, things settled and I received the money on the product. Today, 13.11.2019, I was contacted to clarify the situation.
