I don t understand how you can fine your customer ...

I don t understand how you can fine your customer penalty, when your customer move from condo to landed with the intention of using your service and you don t provide coverage for landed house. Fine us for being a loyal customer? But no coverage for landed house. I believe this penalty is for people who have already signed the contract and DECIDED not to use your service anymore and that is totally understandable. RM 500 isn t a huge figure, but it doesn t make sense AT ALL. I am willing to pay for the monthly fees to continue using your service, it is just because you don t have the coverage for us and we are getting fined????
