I've been a customer of Wisper for years. I'm to the point of canceling my services. I've put up with very slow internet service since the beginning. Its gone downhill the whole time. On top of that, I recently received an email stating they were going to raise my rates for the "improvements" they have done. I'm done.
I feel like its 199x and I'm on dial up. If something doesn't change immediately I'm going to switch to a different service. My internet service with Wisper is a major disappointment.
