I ve been using the vape for a while now. It s one of the most advanced and expensive things I ve bought recently but it was really worth it when I tested it out for my own. However, when it came to start cleaning the vape, I was having trouble disassembling and assembling them. So this is why I called for customer service. I was redirected to rich who was more than helpful in guiding me how to clean my vape properly. Apparently if u don t clean it hard, it will leave an aftertaste the next time u vape. So Rich told me how to clean it properly and then even helped in fixing it back for my next usage.
