If I could give this airline a zero I would bad customer service at Starbucks the store manager Lisa was so rude and didn t want to refund my money because the food wasn t what I wanted. She told me I wasn t a customer when I paid $9.21 at Starbucks and she threatened to call security on me when I was just asking for a refund. Lisa is very unprofessional and don t need that position she s very childish and rude. Plus charging $1 for ice water. Not even mention the airport you have to takeoff your shoes to go through security that sucks or maybe in used to Indianapolis airport being the number one Airport in the USA. Orlando Sandford airport step it up!
